Easy Payment

• Down payment :RM1,000+
• Refundable security deposit :RM 500.00
• Balance :RM2,500+(RM250+ x 10 Consecutive months)
• Total :RM3500+

Important note for Easy Payment options:

• In the event that applicant defaults in payment for more than three consecutive installments, the company’s acceptance shall automatically lapse and total amount paid by the applicant shall absolutely forfeited
• Balance payment can be made by Credit Card Deduction or Post Dated Cheque payable to Nilai Springs Bhd
