Terms & Conditions
All stated terms and conditions shall apply to all members, members’ guests, and visitors of Nilai Springs Golf & Country Club. We are authorized and have the legal right to make any amendments and decisions deemed suitable.
Payment Policy:
- All rates applicable are in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR).
- All the outstanding balances appear in each member’s Statement of Account, including monthly subscriptions, F&B bills, golfing bills, golf competition fees, or any other charges that should be charged to the members accordingly.
- Members can either pay their outstanding bills partially or in full based on their remaining balances.
- Nilai Springs Golf & Country Club uses the iPay88 Payment Gateway for the processing of online transactions, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the internet.
- Members can make payments by using Debit Card, Credit Card, Online Banking (FPX), eWallet such as Boost, GrabPay, Maybank QR (MAE), ShopeePay, Touch’ N Go eWallet, Mcash and NetsQR.
Refund Policy:
- All confirmed payments are STRICTLY non-refundable and non-transferable.

GOLF ETIQUETTE Care of the course Rake all bunkers. Replace all divots (do not make divot during a practice swing). On green, repair all ball and spike marks after finishing play.
